Returns & Refunds Policy – 012 Dictionary Shop

Thank you for shopping with 012 Dictionary Shop. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item within 7 days of delivery.

Return Period

You may return your order within 7 days from the date you receive it, with no explanation required. Please ensure that the parcel is sent back to us within this 7-day period.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition
All original tags must still be attached
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method typically take 7–10 business days. Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Our support team will review the issue and provide the most suitable solution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Underwear items, including socks
Perfumes without the original sealed packaging
Final Sale items (clearly marked)
Items returned after the 7-day window
Items returned worn or damaged, unless the issue was reported to customer support beforehand

Any unauthorised returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, voided, and disposed of.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Please note:

We do not cover customs duties or taxes on returned items
Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number, as we cannot assist without it

Return Processing Time

Once you notify us of your return, we begin processing immediately. After your parcel arrives at our warehouse, returns are processed within 10 working days. Refund confirmation will be sent once completed.
