Shipping Fee

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa at a flat rate of R110 per product. Shipping costs are calculated per item and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The courier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and service availability.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities & urban areas: 2–7 working days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout. 012 Dictionary Shop cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Collection Options

Where applicable, orders may be delivered to PostNet branches for collection. You will be notified once your parcel is ready for pickup.

Delivery timelines may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience during these times.
